How to get an OEC in U.A.E.

Who may apply for an OEC?

1. If you are an OWWA member with expired membership or you are a first time OWWA applicant, accomplish the following forms:
    A. OWWA Membership
    B. OEC
    C. Pag-Ibig

2. If you are an OWWA member with valid unexpired membership, accomplish (B) and (C) above.


3. If you are a Household Service Worker accomplish (B) and (C) above and submit the additional documents below:
    - Immigration Contract (original) of the worker with two (2) xerox copies;  
    - Original passport of the worker
    - Passport copy of the sponsor and the worker - two (2) xerox copies;
    - Residence Visa copy of the worker - two (2) xerox copies;
    - If the sponsor is non local, she should include two (2) sponsor's residence visa copy 
    - Download the two forms "Affidavit of Undertaking of Sponsorship" and "Information Sheet of Sponsor", which to be filled up by the sponsor and sign.

Prepare the following fees:
OEC: 10.00 Dirhams
OWWA Membership: 92.00 Dirhams
Pag-Ibig Membership: 10.00 Dirhams
     

Please remember: the applicant must present a confirmed round trip plane ticket to POLO Dubai reception.
